Was a little surprised when they arrived and they were in a package with a peel off too instead of can … but product was great
Black beans, oh what a delight, a culinary treat that’s pure dynamite! Packed in a can, so neat and discreet, they’re the unsung heroes when you need something to eat. Each bean, a tiny treasure, brimming with taste, they jazz up any dish, never to waste. But, oh dear friends, heed this funny tale, eating the whole can might set your sails to gale. For black beans, in their humble grace, do pack a punch in the gassy space. So, while they’re a treat, a staple, a must, remember moderation is key, or you might just combust! Four stars for these beans, so hearty and classy, just a word of caution – they might make you gassy!

Great taste, convenient and low salt.
They used to be full to the brim with beans and minimal water. Lately they have been increasing the water and decreasing the dry weight of the beans. It’s not as cheap as you may think and now not competitive with the store.
Hope they stop this sneaky tactic of cheapening the product by having less beans and more water for ‘same total net weight’.
Nobody is really fooled by this.
I bought 2 of these and only opened one so far and they absolutely stunk. I had to throw them out. I’m not sure why but I have never opened up organic black beans in a can that smelt like these. Even my husband who usually can’t smell things like I do wouldn’t go near them.
Healthier without salt and tastes just fine. I wished it was not in a metal can.

Great product. My local store doesn’t carry very many low sodium products. This fits the bill for many of my recipes. Superior quality and flavor.
