Fresh thanks a lot
I decided to try root vegetable fries for the first time. I used carrots, sweet potatoes and these parsnips. Boiled them for a few minutes, then seasoned them with fresh herbs. Placed them in the air fryer for a bit and then enjoyed them. I have to say, they were quite delicious and a nice alternative to oil fried french fries.
They look good and taste good. this was a sizeable amount, and an a real good treat.
Parsnips are rare in local grocery and I had very low expectations when I ordered these. Anticipating dry small stale but what I got was fresh, large, absolutely delicious. Will most certainly order again
