  • Farm to Market Sunflower Oil: Farm to Market expeller-pressed sunflower oil is a versatile, multi-use oil, making it an essential kitchen staple. Sunflower oil is also the most important item you can have for cooking, especially when making homemade dressings, sauces, marinades, and much more.
  • High-Quality Ingredients: Adhering to the highest standards, including Quality Assurance on the Global Food Safety Initiative, Farm to Market sunflower oil is NGMO project verified. No fillers are ever used in crafting our sunflower oil, which ensures the purest quality and finest taste of any oil available.
  • Healthy Fats and Antioxidants: Our sunflower oil is loaded with health benefits as it has a high nutritional content at the time of harvest. The oil promotes a healthy heart, boosts energy, and strengthens the immune system as it is rich in antioxidants, known for eliminating cell-damaging free radical molecules. Our sunflower oil is also loaded with polyphenols, which can help reduce bad cholesterol in the body, as well as omega fatty acids that can aid in reducing the risk of heart disease.
  • Expeller-Pressed Sunflower Oil: Our sunflower oil is expeller pressed, meaning the oil is physically squeezed out of the sunflower seeds. This is the preferred production method because no heat or chemical additives are used to extract the oil. Another benefit of the expeller pressed extraction method is that the oil retains its full nutritional value.
  • Great For All Cooking: Recommended by top chefs as well as the many Farm to Market fans, our NGMO sunflower oil is known for its mild, unobtrusive flavor and slightly nutty aromatics. Our sunflower oil is perfect for high heat cooking, especially grilling and frying as it can withstand temperatures up to 450°F. Both the elegant flavor profile and the high smoke point explain why this is considered the highest quality oil, giving you an effortless way to enhance your signature dish.

I use it to cook for my dogs

First off, they did a good job with the way they wrapped this. It came completely undamaged because of this cool bubble protection pouch.

I have tried a few other oils from this brands line and have been pretty satisfied with all of them. The oil has a nice taste to it and does not taste overly processed like the oils I usually get at the store, which, to be up front about, is usually the cheapest stuff I can find. I don’t know if that is much to compare to but It is what it is. The taste is more pure here and I am a fan.

I like to use this while cooking. Sunflower oil can tolerate somewhat high heats and it did very well when I cooked a pot roast the other day. There wasn’t an over abundance of smoke.

What really sets this oil apart is the beautiful decorative bottle it comes in. It looks like a high end gourmet product and it looks nice sitting on the back of my stove. Because of this, this might make a nice gift idea.

Now, the only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because of the country of origin. This claims to be a non gmo product but, in my opinion, it is a little difficult to substantiate these claims because of how many countries of origin this oil comes from. Just this single bottle, according to the back label, comes from Ukraine, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria and USA. These countries might have different standards than what the USA would have so it’s difficult to narrow down and pinpoint what standards or quality you are actually receiving. If you are are serious about the non GMO thing you might take issue with this. I, on the other hand, don’t really care so this doesn’t really affect how I feel about it but I imagine it would some.

We use this oil on so many things: popcorn, tacos, tostadas, cooking in general… This oil, unlike many other sunflower oils, doesn’t pop and splatter like some of the others that I have bought and the flavor is superior. My go-to for this oil is making popcorn with it. Toss a little of this oil, about 1/4 cup of sugar, and a full cup of popcorn kernels into your pot and you will have delicious natural popcorn!! I have to warn you… it’s addictive though.

All oils are not created equally. Sunflower oil is a great oil which is made in the Ukraine. It can be used in salads just as easily as it can be used in frying because it can take up to 450 degree heat temp. I love this oil because it is so versatile and use it for salads, antipasto trays with a little drizzle across the contents of the tray or a quick splash of vinegar and oil over a salad I made for myself for lunch, This oil has a nice clean taste and stores well for a long period of time. I have a tray or oils and spices on the counter next to my stove which I use frequently and this oil is on it. You know that old saying “out of sight, out of mind” and you never want this oil to be forgotten.

I watch a lot of YouTube and saw a video suggesting Sunflower oil (Helen Rennie) instead of Olive oil. I was skeptical but decided to order anyway due to it being expeller pressed and good deal for the $. As soon as it arrived today I used it. Great clean taste and awesome for my frying. Some say it is a lighter oil as far as frying goes but it suits my needs. Can’t wait to try this in salads and other higher temp. frying. Will buy again.

I like it better than Olive oil when I want neutral flavor. Great quality

Oil made in Ukraine. Originally, sunflower oil always had toasted sunflowers flavor, for enhancement of your salad or marinated vegetables. Putting the simple, clear oil in the fancy bottle with the fancy art doesn’t make sense. I can buy a gallon of corn oil for frying in local grocery store. Lol.
