I really love the taste of this Sunflower Oil! I am Italian so I only use Olive Oil for salads! However, I use this product for Oil Pulling! I am allergic to Coconut Oil but I’ve found this to be an excellent substitute. I’ve been using this almost daily and will always reorder this brand when needed. Thanks to the company for an “Outstanding Product & Cost!”
One of the best for frying.
Use it in the Deep Fryer in my patio next to the 36” Griddle and 48” BBQ. It makes everything complete this way. It’s a full restaurant and all the frying completes the picture. But this Sunflower Oil is simply the best bar none! Everything keeps its flavor and freshness.

I actually bought this for use seasoning and rust-proofing my cast iron cookware, because its technically a “drying oil”, similar to flaxseed oil, but without the rapid spoilage. However, it has turned out to be quite a nice oil to work with in general. High smoke point (450F), smoke isn’t too acrid or pungent if you go above that, no noteworthy smell or taste, doesn’t seem to go rancid easily, lighter and less viscous than canola or vegetable oil (at least in my opinion). While totally irrelevant, one other nicety is that sunflower oil is apparently high in vitamin E, so it feels pretty good on your skin if you get any on your hands. Literally my only complaint is that the cap on the bottle feels flimsy after you unseal it. Apart from that, its definitely earned a spot in my cupboard!
We bought this strictly for our Italian salad dressing mix. It does not impart any flavor that we can detect and lets the dressing taste like it should.
Sunflower and safflower oil have skyrocketed in price and are nearly impossible to find in stores. I was really to find this one for a good price. It has a clean, neutral flavor (unlike canola, which I hate) which works well in recipes. The jug is not flimsy as some others have said, but it’s too big for everyday use, so I decant 1L of the oil at a time into an empty bottle with a funnel.

This is a must have brand of sunflower oil for recipes from the Balkans and Ukraine. Far better than the crummy old-tasting stuff you get at the grocery that has been sitting in a warehouse for who-knows-how-long. This is always fresh, flavorful and tastes of the sun. Highly recommend!
