Love the taste and texture.

These are a weekly staple in my kitchen. Organic, unsalted (so my little doggie can enjoy a some too!) & priced low! Wonderful, consistent texture. Endless menu use possibilities, but I also just snack on them. I took off one star because it’s a bit hard for me to open. I love that it’s in a small carton.
The beans are waaaay overcooked. If you love soft mushy beans then get this I don’t so I would not purchase again. Best to purchase dried and cooked them yourself.
These are little white Cannellini beans that are packed in water, without any added salt. Comes in a Tetra pack instead of a can. Good expiry date. Pre soaked/cooked-ready to eat. A nice pantry staple to have-the flavour is very mild and they could be added to anything.
These beans are really good. I like the packaging. I also like the fact that there are zero to no harmful chemicals. It’s great for someone that has to watch their sodium intake as there are none included with the preservation of this.
My doctor said that salt is my enemy because I retain water so I look for unsalted foods. I When I realized that canned beans contained salt, I looked for an alternative. These beans contain none and are perfect for soups, stews etc. The only negative is that these are not 14 ounce containers. They are 11 ounces and come in a cardboard-like box and you cut the top off. Not a problem for me, I used 2 and a half of a third container to get my 3 cups for my soup. Since I cannot find no-salt beans in my area, I’ll order these again. They arrived on time and no damage to the product.
Have been buying these for a few years now and they consistently have been great.
Cooking beans properly can be tedious and time consuming so we opt to make it a little easier by buying beans. My biggest concern is all the salt in canned goods as we eat low sodium as part of our lifestyle. It’s convenient to have a reputable brand for beans that makes organic, properly cooked, no sodium added beans. We generally don’t have stomach discomfort eating this brand. We also avoid the black beans in general as it causes more digestive discomfort in one of our family members, and including this brand but all the other types they carry (cannellini, red, garbanzo) work great.
Also still a great value though the price has increased for this item in the last few years.
These are excellent, tender, beans out of the box. Recommend.
I thought that it was a much larger size – my mistake for not reading all. The Beans were pretty bad.

I ordered this because my 6 month old just started solids and I wanted to make a white bean puree for her. I surprisingly could not find anything in our local markets that didn’t have salt or other things added to it. I love that this is just 2 ingredients- beans and water. They were soft enough and blended nice and smooth in our food processor, and my baby liked them. Packaging seemed secure (I worry about that with food items), and it had a pretty good shelf life/expiration date considering it comes in a box instead of a can. Will buy again.
No better or worse than any others I have had. They are beans after all.
