This is the best-tasting almond milk I have tried so far, and the only one that lasts long enough after being opened. See, I only use it in coffee, and I don’t drink coffee every day, so with most non-dairy milk that comes in this size aseptic carton, it starts to go sour before I can use it all. Except this one so far has not gone sour before I can finish the carton. I appreciate that. Don’t know how they do it, but I love it.
I figured without added sugar it would be both health and bland. But it’s actually refreshing and delicious. I’m going to order more. No more sugar-added almond or coconut milk for this vegan. My weight is great, my A1C and cholesterol levels are all in normal range, and I intend to keep it like that.
I make smoothies and this brand of almond milk is the BEST. I have purchased for over a year. Tastes great, mixes well, great price and amount! I also use it for coffee. Try it!
Most of their products are packaged in plastic. We don’t need any more plastic. Product is great.
This is the ONLY non- dairy milk I liked. It is getting harder to find these days. It is a very healthy alternative to dairy milk and stores (unopened) in my pantry. I make sure to never run out. I’ve been a vegan for 3 years now and this is part of my diet!

3 stars for freshness and packaging. This shelf stable product from Califia tastes very different than the fresh product in the refrigerated section of the supermarket. The taste and smell reminded me of PlayDoh. Also the consistency was like paint being poured out of a paint can. I’ve had other brands of shelf stable almond milk that actually tasted like almonds. This was really unpleasant to me.
I like the creaminess of this almond milk and how well it blends with other ingredients. A major plus is that it’s unsweetened. But I wonder why the price jumps up and down, sometimes to the tune of $10+, which keeps me from purchasing it at times.
