I love the taste of Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste and it smells awesome. It is great over deserts and in your coffee and smoothies. I haven’t tried baking with it it yet, but can’t wait to bake cookies using Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste .
Use this for drinks, cocktails, ice creams, cakes, desserts- can be used on anything. Love the size.
Wish the bottle could be a little bigger. Most of my teaspoons were too big to scoop the paste. But still great product
This is the best vanilla bean paste! So much more flavour than vanilla extract. Worth the cost!

flavour is stunning and if you’re a major baker like myself, you will appreciate the quality of this product. It is delicious in everything, on ice cream, whipped into coconut milk (full fat can of coconut milk put in fridge for 24 hours, open, pour out water, scoop out solid coconut milk and whip it up with this vanilla and 2 tbsp maple syrup – just like whipped cream but dairy free and tastes way better!)
I love this vanilla bean paste so much it makes all of the sweet treats. I make much more flavorful. I use this to make my whipped cream and anything else that calls for vanilla extract. I would highly recommend this to anyone that bakes or makes pastry or if you just make homemade whipped cream often it is definitely worth it.
This vanilla is worth the money. My holiday cookies were outstanding. You could really taste the pronounced vanilla flavor and it was spectacular. This is my new go to brand. Everyone commented how delicious the vanilla flavoring was. Absolutely outstanding flavor and product. I will most definitely buy again.
If this is a paste, I am a river. This is very slightly thicker than grocery store vanilla extract. It is very flavorful and has what are probably vanilla bean seeds in it (although they could be anything–I haven’t checked with a microscope!). It tastes like it should, is stronger and more “real” tasting than vanilla extract, and likely less poisonous that the imported (unfortunately often mexican) vanillas that are hyped up with coumarin. Expensive but delicious; I am old and you can’t take it with you. 🙂

I have purchased this several time. Great flavor and its nice the see the specks of vanilla in the baked product. Will buy again when needed.
This vanilla bean paste is wonderful! It’s very fragrant, has great flavor, is easy to use, and comes in a nice jar for easy storage. It’s SO much easier than using the actual vanilla beans!! I like to make vanilla syrup for my daughter and used to use the vanilla beans until I stumbled upon the paste. The price is at least as good, maybe even better, for the paste. It’s much faster and easier to use. This one I actually gave as a gift and I know she’ll love it. I LOVE the vanilla bean paste and have tried a few diff brands, but this is definitely my favorite. I don’t bother to compare any more; I always buy this brand through Amazon.
