  • Sprouting boosts the nutrition that is available to us from the seed.
  • Each seed is coated in phytic acid (and prohibitor enzymes) which prevents the carbohydrates in the seed from being broken down in our digestive tract.
  • Sprouting and germinating legumes, pods, grains or seeds to the highest enzyme activity converts carbohydrates to digestible sugars and active enzymes – increasing the nutritional value of vitamins and minerals and bringing full digestibility to carbohydrates.
  • Sprouting enhances flavor and shortens cooking time.

I am a huge fan of these beans. They make a wonderful soup. I’ll be ordering these regularly.

These are the best mung beans I’ve ever tasted. Nice that they’re already sprouted.

The beans “seem” to be okay, tried to contact the seller and have heard nothing back. Seems like a good product but I don’t know that I would buy again because of issues trying to contact the seller. Item is non-returnable. There is a cut/slit in the bag and some of the beans were in the shipping package. Appears others have had the same experience with the damage to the bag.

I used this product for soup. Healthy and delicious.

This is how your product arrived. Very disappointing. I can’t find these beans around here!

I often have used sprouted beans for soup or stew, but these are not just sprouted beans, they are bean sprouts. They made a very different sort of soup, and my husband and I just loved it. I make a mung bean salad side for dinners, and I’m going to make it with these to see how well they work. I expect they will work even better than the sprouted mung beans I’ve been using.
