I got this because I never know when unsweetened, plain soy milk will be available at my local grocery store. This tastes great, is shelf stable, and lets me keep a supply on hand for when I need it.
This is a quality product that I’ve bought for years. I like that I can order cases of six of these and they are stable in my pantry until I need one.
I depend on Silk enriched unsweet organic soy milk for protein and nutrients akin to those in cow’s lactation. Great in my morning coffee, cereal and cooking/baking recipes. Amazon has this product for a great price in Subscribe and Save.
BUT, I really wish that the packing of the six pack boxes was better. Attached is photo of squished corners on soy milk container. The product was actually fine. Another beef I have are the expiration dates of products sent to me. They vary widely. This month I was sent two boxes dated Jan 2024, one box was June 2023. The quality changes with age! Still usable, but can’t whip and possible some supplements break down. Two months ago I was sent two boxes that had an expiration date within 1 week of purchase. I was given a refund on those boxes and got to keep the product.
Tasty soy milk. I’ve never had it go bad on me. Very convenient and useful to stock up on. Having it shipped saves me grocery trips.
This is the best plant based milk for matcha lattes- the milk makes them nice and creamy with great texture and foam. Love that it’s organic and unsweetened too!

I’m not a fan of soy milk but this stuff tastes better than most. I’m trying to quit dairy so shifted to soy from cow’s milk. Definitely better than soy creamer or soy milks w sweetener. Good body, similar to real milk so goes well in coffee and smoothies. A little chalky, but that’s usual w soy. Like that it is packaged to be shelf stable. Be prepared, however: soy milk can cause wicked gas. Wasn’t expecting that!
I switched from oat milk to soy because soy has better benefits for my health. It doesn’t taste like milk that I used to prefer in my coffee, but I’m avoiding dairy products for health reasons.
