I really didn’t think butchers cleaned chicken like this anymore. For once, I actually purchased chicken that I didn’t have to clean up myself. These came separated and nicely packaged. So much nicer, cleaner and a good price than the grocery store. I will definitely be buying these again. Thank you Frank and Sals for letting me know that true butchery still exists.

These are perfect. We don’t have a butcher around us besides Shaws and they don’t do cutlets. I am so happy I found these guys and will definitely be ordering more! Thank you Frank & Sals for selling through Amazon!!
I’ve ordered this several times and it’s consistently good. My only complaint is that the “use by” date is usually within a day or 2 of when I receive it, so you have to be prepared to cook or freeze 2lbs of chicken pretty quickly. Regardless, it’s hard to find a place that consistently has good product.
The BEST chicken cutlets I’ve had in a while! Thin and juicy, Italians understand perfect chicken cutlets. So take my word 🙂
These are the best chicken cutlets I have found. They are trimmed with zero fat, pounded thin, nicely packaged just perfect for making breaded chicken cutlets, grilled chicken. Unfortunately I can’t get them through prime anymore but you can get them Directly through Frank and Sal who are very nice.
I only buy and eat skinless boneless chicken. I have never written a review on anything on Amazon but was so pleased with this purchase and will continue to buy from here.

Nicely packaged, fresh butcher cutlets. There are 12 pieces, but at least 4 were very very thin. I’ll order again but if you’re looking for thicker cutlets these may not be what you’re looking for. A little pricey compared to my local supermarket but I am paying for the convenience I guess.
