I was happy they received it so soon. Great gift, Great company.
first of all the order was not what I got I ordered two fillets and two strip steaks, and I got two fillets, and four strip steaks that were so thin they look like breakfast steaks. The quality was not as advertised or what I expected, considering the name of the company supposedly is a big name
I defrosted one of the strip steaks to see what I was getting and they were only half inch thick which meant that I had to be very careful cooking it so it wouldn’t be well done, and I tried to cook medium rare, but it ended up being more medium too well and when we started to eat it, it was very chewy. I think that I could probably get the same if not cheaper steaks at a local supermarket. Not very happy with this product. I have always gone to a butcher to get my steaks but since relocating to this area there aren’t any butchers so based on this being advertised on Amazon thought I’d give it a try.
They enjoyed their steaks so very much.

If you know how to cook them these Steaks have very good flavor. Some of the best tasting steaks I ever ate. What I don’t like is that they are very expensive and the shipping is a little slow.
