I buy this oil about once a month now. It’s great for regular cooking, but I love using it to infuse herbs into! 🌿 I love using this to make C B D oil for my senior dog too! 🐕
I switched from canola oil to avocado oil since it’s healtier
Versatile oil because of the mild flavor. Probably won’t buy again because it’s 80% sunflower and 20% avocado so it’s a bit too expensive in my opinion.
