My new favorite all purpose oil. I’ve used it not only for cooking but in baked goods. Wonderful light flavor. I’m extremely happy with this and the Amazon brand peanut oil which holds up very well. If strained, it will last for several cookings.
Years ago I switched from regular oils to using Olive oils exclusively. Despite the nay-sayers proclaiming you can’t fry food with Olive Oil, I do. You just need to be mindful of the process. Any who, I fry fish, chicken, pork chops using this product. It is (to me) flavorless and does NOT interfere with the flavor of the food. For the price with regards to the ounces received, this fits my budget perfectly! Plus the bottle looks good sitting on my kitchen counter. I have it setup for the subscribe and save. Love it.
This is a sunflower and extra-virgin olive oil mixed together. You get a huge amount for not that much money. I’ve been using it for years and I just love it.

I love the deal on this oil and how well it cooks in my cast iron cause I learned real fast with grape seed oil go back to this one. Taste is not overbearing. Will buy again.
Olive Oil Cooks better, but also has a better taste when you are eating the food cooked.
Plus it doesn’t seem to require a whole lot of it to achieve what your cooking to the crispiness, that golden brown look, or over cooking the eggs along their edges. Plus it doesn’t smell up the place either.
