I love this. It’s the best in my gyoza dipping sauce. Equal parts of soy sauce and white vinegar and a small amount of this chili black bean based on how much heat you want.
Perfect for Beef with Broccoli, amongst other favorite spicy Chinese dishes. Authentic.
Put it in chili, you won’t regret it.
The price is about the same as local Asian super market. Wishing a little bit cheaper on Amazon but higher than Asian market.

It was also packed in a huge cardboard box with one loose air bubble for packaging so it was a miracle that it didn’t arrive shattered!
The taste of this bean paste is good and can be used for many dishes.
Outstanding on taco or enchiladas, also gyoza.
I pay 1/3 the Amazon price at my local Asian market here in San Francisco.
Product might be good had to throw away. Lid came off and oil leaked out.
