I have no complaints about this meat I love it
My first time buying Omaha steaks and I didn’t know the marbling makes the steak these had no marbling and I will buy from store where I can have hands on eye on so the flavor was good my cooking them great but no marbling so it’s up to you to judge how you like these particular steaks but they did arrive fresh and were here for my new years dinner
Shipment was late and arrived thawed. It was a gift!
