I loved the NY strip steaks! For my first two I fried them in a cast iron skillet at about 450-500F. Drop ’em into the preheated pan and wait a few minutes until they release from the skillet, then turn. For me I flip three times, but don’t get in a hurry; and do use a thermometer to check the internal temp.; not less than 145F. I only used a little salt to season, but next time I’m gonna use a rub. OOO I almost forgot, as I thawed the first two they looked a little freezer burned, but in fact, they had been aged! So nice. BUY SOME!!!

Steaks are great and easy to have ready for a quick bbq. I buy the 20 pack, would like to buy more if I had the freezer room. 3/14/24 got my shipment frozen and the steaks are thicker and look even better then the last orders. Thank you

Meat was still frozen, but no dry ice left in cooler. Another day on delivery it would have been thawed and possibly bad.
will not order again, and will not recommend..
Ordering was great. Delivery was great. The meat was not so great very fatty and very thin will not buy New York strip states again used to be thicker. The dogs had a good meal.
