Great steak, excellent flavor, definately aged. My local butcher doesn’t have prime aged mignons.
I ordered these filet mignon steaks for a special anniversary dinner. They were a hit! The quality was evident, and the steaks were juicy and flavorful.
Made my son steaks and eggs and he raved about the steak, so tender and juicy and full of flavor. I pan fried the steak and you could cut it with a butter knife it was so tender.
The filets were very good and well trimmed. But my package arrived thawed. The packaging needs to be better (using dry ice not Nordic Ice packs).
I took a chance and glad I did. Easy to make and comes out perfect like candy 👌!
I was pleasantly surprise by the incredible quality of these USDA Prime filet mignon steaks! Not only were they a generous 8 oz portion, but the tenderness and flavor surpassed all expectations. It’s refreshing to finally find a product that truly stands out in a sea of smaller 5-6 oz mignons.
Complete Loss of value
It came packaged well and for me it was better quality than Omaha steaks if I’m allowed to say that. I will buy this again.,
