I ordered this in past and was great! I have not received this order at all! I was to receive yesterday but still not received it.
Arrived in great shape. I guess their scales may be off, I ordered 1 pound and I guess I received a generous pound. Top notch!
Big and clean.. Use it in my tea..
I tried starting ginger from ginger at the grocery store, but it just rotted. I think it was too old and dried out, and possibly sprayed with chemicals to prevent sprouts.
This ginger is beautiful. The corms looks to be very fresh, and have several buds on them that are on the verge of sprouting. I am confident that these will grow.
I haven’t used any of this ginger yet in cooking, so I cannot comment on the flavor, but if looks are anything, the flavor will be wonderful. . . I highly recommend.

Beautiful looking ginger and quite a nice quantity. Couldn’t take a picture for you. I have already tucked them away, except what I plan to use right away.
I absolutely loved getting my ginger. It was so fresh and a joy to process. I made simple syrup. I use it as an additive in my cappuccino and as ginger tea. I will order again from this company.
