Very fresh and beautiful ginger root. Pieces were very large and taste was vibrant. Packed well. Good value for the money if you cannot locate good quality ginger nearby. Would be awesome to make crystalized ginger. I use mine primarily for Indian and Thai cooking and making ginger tea and Fire Cider. Freezes well.
I have settled for subpar ginger root from our local grocery stores for years. This is just the best!
