Ginger Roots were soft & and wrinkly. I had to cut most of it off and toss, and could just use a bit in the center … So not worth what I paid for.
I like to use fresh ginger and was excited about the organic ginger, but it was already wrinkling and drying out when I received it. I won’t be able to use much of it at all. Will not order again.
Took 11 days to be delivered and showed up rotten. The ginger was soft and squishy and smelled horrible. Definitely not usable. Complete waste of money.
Not much surface area. Very Knobby.
Arrived quickly and in great condition. Saved mine by peeling and freezing for future use in cooking or herbal mixtures.
The product was great. It took too many weeks to arrive.
May have been a good purchase however the Ginger arrived frozen solid and when thawed became unusable.
Some of the ginger started with mold/ rotting
