When melon was cut it had a very bad place inside only. The exterior looked fine to me but did not feel comfortable feeding this to my family. The remainder of the melon looked ok but I still felt uncomfortable eating it. Food is too expensive to throw away now which I have done many times. I have never seen anything like this before and I have shopped WalMart many years.
Usually my orders are perfectly fine but today I got a melon that was so rotten that there is absolutely no excuse. How could you not see that this melon was rotted and moldy?
zero damaged/ half a star
The shopper who delivered my groceries picked a bad honeydew melon. It was soft and I had to throw it away. It was no good at all. Cut it open the day after delivery so I could prep a fruit bowl for my child’s lunches and it didn’t taste good at all. Bought a watermelon too and it had a soft spot and hole in it. Not edible either
Buyers Beware!! The pickers don’t understand how to pick fruits. The last 4 melons looked like they were used as bowling balls!! They were soft and brusied all over maki g it VERY mushy. Yuk!!
These 3 watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Since we are talking honeydew here, threw it out, see photo
The honeydew melons were over ripe. They tasted mushy on the inside, and the taste was bad. They were bruised on the outside. Please don’t pass this on to the customers that’s not right.
Rotten honeydew was delivered
it is supposed to be thrown out, instead of delivering to customers
So disappointed, this is why I don’t like others picking out my produce. 2 weeks ago I received rotten cuties.
