    I ordered 4 grapefruits. 2 were soft and rotten. I like the delivery service but improvements need to be made when selecting fruits and vegetables. On my last delivery order I had to request a refund for the rice and returned the rice to the store. Is another order I ordered deli sliced Cajun turkey breast and it was awful it was sliced like shredded scrap.
    We did not request a refund. Instead we went into the store the next day to speak with the manager decided we would pick up the deli meat. No one was at the meat counter the meat slicer had flies circling and was not clean. Very disappointed. We are now going to Rouses for our deli meats.
    The onset of the home delivery was great and now I rate it at a three. The shoppers should select the items as if they were shopping for themselves. Refunds and returns is not convenient
    I started home delivery because of the convenience now I’m not sure if I will continue. Hopefully you will address this review

    There’s no way the shopper picked up this squishy grapefruit with the soft dark patch and did not know it was rotten. This is not representative of a commitment to customer satisfaction, but rather a last-ditch effort to rid the store of rotten fruit for profit, instead of sending it to the garbage pile.

    Two of these had rotted spots as big as a silver dollar on top. One of them was so bad that my fingers went through the skin when I tried to take them from the fresh food bag.

    Not only was it damaged and soft like someone was throwing it around like a ball. Maybe when a customer order ask ripe, etc. and have someone that knows how to pick quality items.

    This was my first order for deliver my and I was disappointed at the quality of the food. Among other things, I ordered two grapefruit and one was dried up and wrinkled. Not edible. Unfortunately, pictures don’t show how the fruit feels. So I put the other grapefruit beside it for comparison. Not sure why someone would choose this fruit to give to a paying customer. I requested a refund immediately.

    From 4 grapefruits only ONE was good other 3 were dry and spoiled well noticed overall peel skin darkened and so small drying… if I could not get starts in these items would not get the one is MANDATORY to input review PLEASE WATCH OUT! shoppers online the items are fully overpriced and paid in advance it is disgusting and disrespectful to send items that are expired, or bad looking it doesn’t gets better and I left tip money I believe in better quality and service this time I reviewed bc previously wasn’t this bad. Plus I ordered in “no busy” schedule but I guess was lack of honesty and respect to my order. So fast delivery was fair, unfortunately bagged was terribly causing damaged goods and I understand we are in hurry but tip and items were paid in bigger quantities and quality is not fair enough this time!

    Hello, I received my order on time. and good service. but there were errors in the order dated March order : 2 pemplemoisse were not respected I paid for the same one as in my orange bag??! why did I receive oranges??

    I was so excited to see these grapefruit on the website and looking forward to eating one for my breakfast. The grapefruit that were picked for me by an employee look like they were scavenged from the garbage. They’re bruised, wrinkled and not at all what I would have chosen for myself. I’m not happy with them.

    I ordered five got four and one was rotten! Rotten fruit and produce happens too often! I’m going to quit Wal Mart and drive 30 miles to get better produce! Shame on you Walmart!
