Great value for the quantity you receive. Best almond flour brand I’ve tried to date; and I’ve tried a lot. Makes my keto bread muffins turn out light and fluffy. Great for keto pancakes and desserts as well.
Healthier replacement for all purpose (AP) flour. I use milled flax seed with the almond flour – about one to two tablespoon to two cups of almond flour because almond flour has more moisture than regular flour. The ratio of is 2 cups almond flour to 1 cup AP flour.
This almond flour is a little more coarse and a little darker than another brand I tried from Costco, but it’s a good value at the price for which I bought it, and should still function pretty in simple, cake-like recipes. For something that depends on a more refined almond flour (like Indian badam halvah) it might be a bit too coarse and too much of the brown seed coat of the almond.
I don’t know why but this item is much cheaper online then in store. Every time I buy in store it is $20 and here I can get the same bag for $14. It is great quality. I use to make macarons.
Good product. Good Value. Poor packaging. 4.0 out of 5 stars because 1 one of the bags arrived torn open and the content spilled!
Delivered early and was very nice.
Most inexpensive almond flour I’ve found!
It was pouring rain, but i only had to wait about an hour. The associates that loaded my car were friendly and everything in my order was there. perfect job Walmart!!
As some others have mentioned, this almond flour had a strong bitter/rancid flavor. No almond taste, just bitter powder basically. It’s a nice size bag for the price but it’s no good if it arrives rancid.
They advertise it as gluten free good for people with celiac disease but it also says “may contain wheat”. What’s the point in having a “gluten free” product when gluten free people can’t eat it?
