This makes the best carrot cake and mug cakes! I am really enjoying using this as my flour. I am so glad I decided to give this a try.

Pricey. Use only when you really want to add a kick of flavor and richness to your baked goods. Can not be beat for adding to almond flour in things such as shortbread cookies, almond flour cheesecake crusts.
I cant afford to use it avery often ,but as a treat, its very good.
I like this Brand of alternative ” flours”. I use Nature’s Eats all the time.

One of two packages came chewed or sliced open. Contents filled box and made a terrible mess on my living room floor (where I opened box). Same product arrived in pristine condition from Amazon with many other items.

This tastes extremely bitter and disgusting. I don’t understand how it is even possible to take something that tastes really good (like pecans) and cause it to taste horrible simply by grinding it up. That shouldn’t happen unless they aren’t using the whole nut. Perhaps they somehow managed to save up all of the scraps of the outer skin and used that rather than including any of the nut meat.
