I like black garlic and this is the one I keep re-ordering. The whole heads are easy to peel, soft, fresh, and tasty, with a great texture. These are grown, harvested, and fermented in North America (friendly Canada), which I much prefer and trust instead of the many from overseas.
I eat a whole clove of black garlic daily for the past several months. At first I was starting out with different brands, preferring organic over all others. However when I realized what was labeled as organic was actually grown and processed in China, I said no thank you. China has a reputation for very questionable farming practices even for organics.
Then I found these beauties grown in Canada, and although they are not organic, and I really wish they were, I personally prefer conventional from Canada than organic from China.
These are wonderfully sweet and mellow and I look forward to my little nugget every morning. I also love the clear tube packaging, it’s pretty and I reuse for storage afterwards.
The health and nutritional factors of black garlic are well known to holistic practitioners, so this is good tasting medicine.
I highly recommend this brand over all the others.

Love that this is packed in cloves, not by bulb. Easy to peel. Great taste, but costs 40% more.
It has a subtle garlic smell. Creamy texture but slightly firm. Mildly sweet, almost like a fig/raisin (at least to me 😁) So good.

I like this product because the good benefits for my health absolutely amazing I’m sleep so good so relaxing. It’s not just about for good sleeping but also good benefits for entire body and health. For me I felt deferred already. But I don’t know some people .

I eat at least one a day as a tasty snack. This brand is reliably very good. One of my orders came with the canister slightly damaged, breaking the vacuum seal and the company responded with a replacement very quickly. I tried making black garlic on my own but as long as such a high quality version is available I decided to devote my time to other tasks.
