I use reverse seare for this steak, 15 minutes in pre-heated 425F oven. Remove and high heat in iron or steel pan 1.5 minutes each side.
What a great tasting steak. I used fresh rosemary salt garlic black pepper.
They were not as big as I expected
Steaks are a rare treat for my family these days with the price of beef as it is. I had hoped to have a barbecue for Mothers Day but the steaks were not only thawed but warm to the touch. Rather than dealing
with the problem immediately I chose to toss them in the freezer. I will check them out next Saturday. Even if they are n ot rancid or spoiled I have found that refreezing any food impairs the flavor. I am angry with your company for not using proper method to keep your product frozen and even angrier with myself for taking such an expensive chance.

I bought this for Christmas for my meat loving husband. Great taste, and no fat. I highly recommend this product, and 4 ribeyes individually wrapped for convenience.
4 rib eyes received but 3 were the same size and the 4th a shriveled partner.
We cooked the steak after defrosting
